  1. Dysregulated cortisol:

Symptoms:

  • Wired & tired

What to do about it:

2. High estrogen - men can suffer from this too!:

Symptoms:

  • Trouble losing weight

  • Painful periods

  • Anxiety/depression

  • Heavy flow

What to do about it:

  2. Eat cruciferous veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, sprouts)

3. Low progesterone:

Symptoms:

  • Hair loss

What to do about it:

  1. Add more healthy fats like salmon, avocado, walnuts, and/or flax seeds

  2. Reduce stress — add FUN to your life
