…I didn’t know how much I needed to forgive myself. This stressful time during Covid has taken a toll on my weight. I have emotional eating struggles and I sure powered through by stuffing my feelings. I have to say there were several things that I loved about this hour. It’s not easy to take someone on a journey of discovery in just one hour, and she did just that. She showed us how just taking a few minutes per day can bring us present with our mindfulness and taught some simple tools to help us treat ourselves with love and forgiveness.
