Do's & Don'ts of Detox
Do’s & Don’ts of Detox
You asked AND HERE is how to detox properly to have more energy & lose weight
Going on a detox can be VERY dangerous and have adverse side effects.
If your body doesn’t have the right nutrients and then you go on a detox it can be harmful for your liver, heart, mood, energy and more!
This is because detoxing recirculates toxins, which has extreme impacts on mood, energy, and body fat if your body can not escort it out properly (sweat, urine, bowel movements)
So how do we detox properly, feel happy instead of anxious, and button our pants again?
