This program is thoughtfully designed to support new(ish) moms in rebuilding strength, restoring confidence, and prioritizing overall well-being—without overwhelm.

Here’s what you can expect:

💬 Introductory Call & Comprehensive Intake

We’ll start with a 60-minute 1:1 call to dive into your goals, health history, lifestyle, and any concerns. This helps me create a truly personalized plan that meets you where you are.

✅ Weekly Check-Ins

Stay consistent and supported with weekly check-ins. We’ll review your progress, answer questions, make adjustments, and keep the momentum going—always based on your real-life needs.

💪 Weekly 45-Minute Zoom (or In-Person) Workouts + Wellness Check-In

These sessions are built specifically for moms—whether you’re newly postpartum or still feeling the effects months (or years) later. Each session includes:

  • Movement: A progressive strength program that supports energy, body composition, core and pelvic floor recovery, and overall function.

  • Wellness Support: Time to check in on sleep, self-care, stress, and nutrition—without judgment or pressure. You’ll get practical tips that work for real-life motherhood.

Topics we’ll cover include:

  • How to support energy, mood, and milk supply (if breastfeeding)

  • Simple, nourishing meals with minimal prep

  • Rebuilding your relationship with food and your body after birth

These sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are—tired, healing, and doing your best.

📱 Ongoing Support & Communication

You’ll have 24/7 messaging access via Practice Better to ask questions, share wins, or talk through challenges. You don’t have to go through this alone.

🍽️ Personalized Nutrition Support for Postpartum Wellness

Track meals and moods using the Practice Better app. Upload meal photos and receive thoughtful feedback to help you stay nourished, energized, and supported in your goals.

🏋️‍♀️ Customized Strength Training Plan

You’ll receive a strength training program tailored to your fitness level, recovery stage, and goals—whether that’s building muscle, improving bone health, or working toward push-ups and pull-ups (yes, you can!).

🧪 Optional Lab Work Review

Have recent lab results? I can review them—or help you get testing done—to identify nutrient deficiencies, hormone imbalances, or other concerns. Your nutrition plan will be built around what your body actually needs.
