Have you ever felt dismissed by your doctor?

Are you on medications but your symptoms remain the same?

No one is at fault but I understand feeling low, dark, heavy, and just so tired…

It feels like nothing works, can barely get out of bed, everything feels HARD.

This is one of the reasons I do what I do…

The body must have foundations to function (see above).

AND the body must feel CALM. So when taking a peak below, I encourage you to start small, there is no rush here. Simple = Sustainable.

Your body will start to feel better once you start adding a little more joy, water, and fiber (veggies).

So if you are feeling alone, remember you aren’t.

Here are three ways to reduce anxiety, increase energy, and feel good AGAIN!

  1. Wake up and drink a BIG glass of water before getting out of bed

    • Have a water challenge with friends or co-workers!

  2. Add 10 minutes of walking to your day

    • Have a meeting on the phone to get outside

    • Walk your kids to school

    • Listen to a book or podcast

  3. Hang out with someone you love…

    • Go for a walk with a friend

    • Enjoy a date with your partner

    • Call a loved one if you feel like you don’t have time

When we work in the pillars of wellness, our body will heal itself and start to FEEL GOOD AGAIN!

It can feel like a lot at first so that is why I encourage you to take it slow.

My clients come to me feeling worn out and tired.

AND once we start adding foundations they find that it is way easier than they thought and NOW SUSTAINABLE! WHOOO!
