Here is where to start for balancing blood sugar




Signs you have blood sugar imbalances:

  • Crabby

  • Tired

  • Energy crashes

  • Anxiety

  • Heart palpitations

  • Suddenly waking up in the middle of the night

  • “Hangry”

  • Shakiness

  • Dizziness

  • Excess belly fat

  • Frequent urination




What to do about it:

  1. Use the hand method!

For each meal

1 👊 Fist of Veggies

1🤲 Hand Cup of Carbs

1 👍 Thumb of Fat


2. Add 10 minutes of walking after a meal when possible


3. Hydrate! How can you fit in at least one more glass of water today?


4. Stick to having carbs around workouts and first thing in the morning
