Personal training, therapeutic nutrition, and functional medicine but what does that mean?

What do I do?

I educate and empower people to accept + love every part of themselves through the health and wellness lens. Together, we create a healthy vibrant lifestyle that works for you!

We all know what to do, but why don’t we do it?

I help bridge the gap. As you may know, I started out in the personal training world (which I am still doing virtually and/or outside if you’re interested) but I mainly bridge the gap through therapeutic nutrition and functional medicine principles.

Why do I do it?

This world is full of external sources telling us how to be, look, and feel. I used to feel that I had to be a certain size and look a certain way in order to be loved, feel successful, and  be “good enough”. After my health + wellness journey, I created a world full of loving kindness and acceptance that has allowed me to help others do the same. I help peel back your layers, become honest and confident with who you are and who you want to be, and find pure joy by implementing tools to navigate through pain and embrace the freedom of feeling like our true selves. Pretty awesome, right?! :)

How do I do it?

I created a 12-week program that guides you through the three pillars of health and wellness.

Why is this program different and why will it work for me?

  • You fill out a health history questionnaire with all your unique symptoms, needs, and goals

  • After completing the questionnaire, we have a consultation where we dive deeper to get the full story on your individual needs and what will work for you

  • I will personalize the program that will educate and empower you on your body, the interconnectedness of your health symptoms, and create habits + action steps that effortlessly fit into your lifestyle so you can get well and stay well

I believe everyone deserves to have the education to make choices that will nourish the mind + body. I believe everyone deserves to live a life they love without health + wellness limitations.
